Abstract

This study aims to explore the critical role of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM), Leadership Styles, and Organizational Culture in enhancing organizational performance. In today's dynamic business environment, organizations must continually adapt and innovate to maintain a competitive edge. SHRM practices, which align human resource policies with organizational goals, have been recognized as a significant driver of organizational success. However, the effectiveness of SHRM is often influenced by other organizational factors, notably leadership styles and organizational culture. Leadership styles, whether transformational, transactional, or laissez-faire, play a pivotal role in shaping employee behavior, motivation, and performance. Effective leadership can foster a conducive work environment that encourages productivity, creativity, and innovation. Concurrently, organizational culture, defined by shared values, beliefs, and norms, profoundly impacts how employees interact and perform within the organization. A strong, positive culture can enhance job satisfaction, commitment, and overall performance. The findings are expected to provide valuable insights into how these variables interact and contribute to organizational performance. By understanding the synergistic effects of SHRM, leadership styles, and organizational culture, organizations can develop more holistic strategies to enhance performance and achieve sustainable growth.
